The Creative Rebuild:

A Restorative Journey for Creatives

TAUGHT BY: Sara Mornell

This 10 week class with Sara Mornell explores her work traditionally done with corporate clients and their artists, athletes, and celebrities embarking on career defining roles or shifts. An indepth small group approach open to the advanced actor looking to use this downtime as a time for explosive  creative growth.

This class is NOT  focused on audition based material or scene study.

Sample of Concepts Covered:

Letting Go of Perfectionism

Getting it right syndrome is crippling. Learn to break free from the limiting beliefs that you need to be perfect and get it right.

Losing the Need to Please

This class is for those who put everyone before themselves and have spent a lot of time focused on others. The class will shift that need and teach how to say NO.

Being in your Authentic Voice

There are so many influences in our lives. So many people are living according to someone else’s rule set. Learn who you are outside of what you have been told and tap into your authentic self.

Power of the Pivot

When life changes as it does, how do you deal with it? “Pivoting” is a big word in business. How can we make it a practice?

Opening the door to Worth

A big one for so many. We will look into how and where you find your worth and what is keeping you  from believing it.

Finding your flow

A big one for my athletes and hosts. How to be in flow in our work means it needs to be part of our daily life. What is flow and how to find your version.

Tackling Imposter Syndrome

Why are we afraid to step into the spotlight and yet can crave it. Letting go of playing small means looking into why we shy away from greatness.

    FAQ

    Jesse Williams

“The simple truth is that my performance, understanding, ability to progress, and yes, my employment, have all dramatically improved with the guidance and support of Sara Mornell. I consistently look to her for coaching, and wisdom, and am always, ALWAYS, better for it.”

    – Grey’s Anatomy, Little Fires Everywhere

    Mekia Cox

“If you want one of those coaches/teachers who tears you down to try to lift you up, Sara is not that. Sara is someone who will continuously lift your spirits reminding you of all the positive attributes that make you uniquely you, all the while tearing down all of the negative habits that are holding you back. She sincerely cares about each and every actor/actress she works with. Working with her has been so helpful to my career. I cannot thank her enough for the positive impact she’s had on my life.”
    – The Rookie, Chicago Med

    Noah Centineo

“When I was younger I worked on Disney Channel and Nickelodeon, I had a natural ability to perform and to act but I would never have been able to work on Network Television if it wasn’t for Sara. I owe so much to her not only as a teacher, coach and mentor but also as a friend. She is the derivative, she is the reason my career is where it is and why I’m so confident in where my career will go.”

-To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before, Black Adam, The Fosters

    Atkins Estimond

“In Atlanta the options for good training are limited…I could see the bigger opportunities, but they were out of my reach. I didn’t feel like there was anyone who could take me to that next level and I didn’t want to sit in classes wasting my time and money. I had heard from some trusted sources that Sara was doing something very different and special at her studio. I took the first intensive that Sara did in Atlanta and I could tell right then that she could get me to where I wanted to be. I got into her class as soon as possible and in the short time that I’ve been working with her, I’ve had so many breakthroughs and experienced so much growth. Taking class with Sara has also been the first time that I’ve found myself inspired and motivated by the progress of my classmates. Sara doesn’t teach you how to act for the camera, she teaches you how to live on camera.”

    – Hightown, Lodge 49

    Christina Ochoa

“If you are considering taking the 2 day Intensive, don’t even hesitate. Sara redefined my entire outlook on the audition process.”

    – A Million Little Things, Animal Kingdom, Promised Land

    Paul Karmiryan

“I found Sara at a critical transitional period in my career and my life. As a dancer branching out into acting she gave me the tools and instilled in me the mindset needed to succeed in this industry in just a few months, not after years and years of training. Her coaching has helped me book 2 co-stars, 2 guest stars, and a supporting role in a movie from Netflix to ABC to Lifetime. Sara Mornell is the best thing this industry has seen and it all comes from the simple fact that she genuinely wants her actors to succeed and will move mountains to ensure that.”
